Last week, Gabe over at Videogum.com posted up the 10 Best Lightsaber Mash Ups and rocked my world. This is a whole genre of Youtube video I did not know existed consisting of people spending lots and lots of time animating lightsabers into movies where there previously were none.

Take William Shatner’s cover of Pulp’s “Common People,” and combine it with footage from the old 70s Star Trek Animated Series and we ended up with a surreal slashup video for the ages done in the style of Kirk/Spock stories.

A GoPotato.tv production piss take of Mortal Combat where a rather gay Emperor of the Outworld Shao Kahn is out for more than blood as Sub Zero and Liu Kang fight to the death. In the end Sub Zero just couldn’t take it anymore when Shao Kahn asked him to ‘Rub it out’..Genius!
