Macbook Pro running 150 applications
A Flickr user by the name of burnflare92 recently posted a photo of his Macbook pro 2.2Ghz with 4 gb RAM running 150 different applications at the same time, and now some guy posted a video of his Vista Ultimate with 3.25gb RAM running 108 programs smoothly. It seems to be running quite well, but I still prefer the Mac over PC anydays.
Look at these amazing stills by Chinese artist Li Wei, 39, Beijing, I don’t know how he did them, but they look really realistic. Li said his work is a mixture of performance art and photography to create these dangerous reality, he also stated that he does not use computer tricks to create the images and instead they were made with the help of props such as mirror, metal wires, scaffolding and acrobatics.
Russian-born Grammy-nominated Phillippe Quint, 34, left a £2million violin in the back of a New York taxi. The Violin is a 285 year old Stradivarius which he borrowed from U.S. philanthropists Clement and Karen Arrison. He had spent 18 months persuading the couple to allow him to use the Stradivarius and he agreed to take out a £3,000 insurance policy. Lucky for Phillippe cab driver Mohamed Khalil found the 1723 instrument in the back of his car hours later.
There are more than 50 million people passing away each year, imagine the negative environmental impact that would have with traditional burial and cremation practices. Death is something that nobody want to talk about, but maybe when we finally leave this earth, wouldn’t we want to leave behind a cleaner planet for the ones we left behind?
You might have all the latest gadgets in your car to show off to your mates, but somehow, somewhere there is always a better geek out there.

Stacked is a 3 in 1 coffee cup from loft party. Actually, it doesn’t have any extra benefits other than looking shiny.

Ok, this is another one of those wacky idea from Japan. You’ve seen the used knickers vending machine, and you’ve probably seen one selling Ipods. But lets me introduce the Shoe vending machine located in Carnaby Street, Central London. It carries 24 pairs of running shoes in six different sizes. To be honest, I was a bit curious to see what it looks like, so I went to Carnaby Street to look for it today. I couldn’t find it, maybe somebody could post a comment to its exact location.
We’d expect to get a parking ticket or a swearing note on the windscreen of our poorly parked car. But no, someone decided to take the law into their own hand by defacing a poorly parked car.
