I am speechless. This is absolutely bizarre, sick and twisted, therefore it must be some kind of joke, I don’t believe this was real. Twins Ryan and Dave are extreme thrill seekers who will do anything to take their need for body modification, including amputation to the next sick level.

Someone has been watching one too many fantasy movies, take a look at Kimmie, who had an interesting body mod: Elf Ears and they were done with the help of Body Modification Artist, Russ Foxx. I have never seen such body mod before and I’ve seen a few in my short life.
