Titled “Angel of the West”, the 12-foot tall metal sculpture will be installed at the new Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter, Florida on Monday, November 3, 2008 at 2pm.

40 year old German photographer Bernd Hagemann moved to the Far East in 2002 and he has spent six years taking photographs of Chinese people sleeping on the streets of Shanghai in any position and situation.

He divides the groups into three categories - hardsleepers, softsleepers and groupsleepers.

Dream Captcha the dreamcatcher

New Jersey artist, Jeffrey Augustine Songco, created the Dream Captcha, a mashup of the dreamcatcher and the CAPTCHA to protect a website’s identity.

Dream Captcha is a play on the idea of a traditional Ojibwa dreamcatcher and the technology of CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart).
