Japanese chef Ken Kawasumi is the creator behind these yummy Sushi art. he has written numerous books about Sushi, such as, the Encyclopedia Of Sushi Rolls, Sushi For Parties and Fun And Fancy Sushi.

For the release of his latest book, entitled “The Most Simple Way To Make Decorative Sushi Rolls”, mr. Ken Kawasumi attempted to replicate one of Vincent van Gogh’s most famous works, Sunflowers, with an array of sushi.
