Spaceships origami using $1
38 year old Hawaiian native origami artist, Won Park, can make miniature scenes from Star Wars and Star Trek using just one American dollar note.
“I have been folding Origami since I was 5 years old,” he said. “My first teacher was my mother and in the beginning she taught me many simple Origami models to fold.
From there I slowly progressed to more complicated Origami. Going to the local library and learning what I can from the limited books that were available to me at the time.”
“As I got more advanced in my folding skills I started to fold my own creations. Then around the time I was in junior high school I started to fold dollar bills and was hooked on that ever since. Now I only specialise in folding the dollar bill.”
