Ben Massing, the straight guy who is suing gay magazine Genre for something involving sexpex. Apparently they used unauthorized photos of him for one of their publications which he claims caused mental stress and anguish.

Well I hate to break it to you but he actually is gay. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not lashing out at gays here but um there is a bit of a problem. Apparently he filed the suit cause everyone would think he is one. Now since it is confirmed he is one, what do we need a lawsuit for?

When considered in the context of the issue of Genre [the images] are reasonably susceptible to defamatory connotation and heightens the false and defamatory impression that the plaintiff is sexually lustful and promiscuous, poses nude, and prescribes to homosexuality.

I’m guessing to get back some of the money, cause the claim still says they used it without his permission (gay or not). Yeah don’t ask me why I even brought this topic up. I just thought it was funny that’s all.
