Comic Actor Harvey Korman, the voice behind Gazoo on The Flintstones and Hey Arnold, The Wild Thornberrys and Buzz Lightyear has passed away on Thursday 29-05-2008. He was 81 year old.

Harvey who won 4 four Emmys for his contributions to “The Carol Burnett Show”. His other big movie was Blazing Saddles, where he played a a conniving politician, Hedley Lamarr.

Korman died at at after suffering complications from the rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm four months ago, his family said. He had undergone several major operations.

“He was a brilliant comedian and a brilliant father,” daughter Kate Korman said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press. “He had a very good sense of humor in real life. “
