Playboy “women of Wallstreet”
20 years ago Playboy ran a special named “women of Wall Street” and twenty years later they are doing it again. Don’t ask me the reason, but I guess it has to do with the fact that our economy is on the verge of collapse and there are plenty of women working in the worlds financial district who would like to take off their blouses for some SOB’s to stare down at their assets.
According Gary Cole who is Playboy’s photo editor they are looking for women who have worked in Wallstreet or who currently are. And according to him, most women don’t do it for the money. Wow that’s a shocker. As if we didn’t know that already. Have any guesses why they do it?
Playboy likely will photograph about 20 women, he said, adding that compensation would depend partly on how many women apply.
“Whether you offer them US$500 or $US1000 or $US2000 a piece, that’s probably not going to change anybody’s mind,” he said. “The reason they do this is because they want the attention, the opportunity, the experience of doing it. It’s not really for the money.”
