I have a serious question to ask. And I’m not joking when I ask this? Is this guy demon possessed or what? Yes I have seen my fair share of outrageous tattoos in my life, but this one beats them all. Apparently this nameless guy thinks its pretty darn cool to walk around with half the skin on his back missing? Well seeing the dinner plate earrings in his ears, I shouldn’t be too surprised.
