Frankly i can’t wait for the release of Rock Band being a huge fan of Guitar Heroes myself. But i have to wait for just over a month for it, since I’m from the UK. EA has just set a release date for Rock Band in the UK for the 23rd March. EA will release the game on the Xbox360 first and Playstation and Wii are scheduled for summer release.

Rock Band was released in North America last November and proven to be very popular by selling millions of copies. So expect the game to sell just as well in the UK.

The pricing for the UK version of the game has not been set yet, but don’t expect it to come cheap since the game comes bundled with all the hardware required to play the game, including a drum kit peripheral.
