If we are to believe this bizarre story, a British man was jailed for laughing at his TV. Well not actually but something like that. Chris Cocker, 36 (not to be confused with the YouTube Chris Cocker) from Blackburn England was jailed after he fell off his couch laughing so hard at the TV.

Neighbors below him heard the thud and called the police. He didn’t cooperate with them when they came to his door and even tried to close the door on them. That’s when they took out the pepper spray (and did you know what) carried him to the jail where he was stripped searched and released him after he spent a night in jail.

He is now facing court charges where he admits to resisting an officer. He has been given a conditional discharge for assault.
