Boingboing’s guest blogger Lisa Tatayama says:

Every day for the past seven years and nine months, designer Negse has been taking photographs of his hair in the morning. (”Neguse” literally bedhead in Japanese.) He started documenting his ‘dos after a friend told him his hair reminded him of Captain Tsubasa. “I like to go to sleep right after my bath, head flat against the pillow, so I have the best bedhead ever,” he says. Since he started, he’s only missed two days of bedhead photos—one on the day his wife went into labor, and one the next day, when his daughter was born.
