In the resort town of Lake Taupo on the North Island of New Zealand there is a futuristic building to be built sometimes this year, with the aim of being a green community.

The Hingarae Residences and Resort on Lake Taupo in Northern New Zealand is composed of 2153 square-foot villas. Each villa will incorporate huge windows with a view of the 2.3 acres natural landscaped surroundings.

The buildings will feature cutting-edge architectural technology, never before used in homebuilding environment. The complex is designed by a company called X. Pace, an architecture studio based in Sydney and Singapore.

Each of the 28 modules, as they are to be known, will come fully furnished and will include a rotating floor that will allow you to constantly alter your choice of scenery. The community also boasts its own Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, an on-call helicopter and a fully-equipped recording studio.

All these can be yours for a bargain of $2 million per villa.
