Harajuku style is awesome but weird
Harajuku fashion originated among teens on the streets of the Harajuku Shopping District in Tokyo, Japan. It’s impossible to pinpoint one “Harajuku fashion” as many of the Harajuku girls and boys have taken their influence from Gothic Lolita, Japanese punks, Cosplay, Decora and Kawaii (cute). If you’re interested in the Harajuku fashion and don’t know where to start. Here is a how to guide to dressing like a Harajuk girl.
JapanForum’s group gallery has an awesome and fantastically weird Harajuku section dedicate to Harajuku fashion. I’m not sure whether this will catch on in London, but I’ve seen a more conservative version of Harajuku style in Camden from time to time.
