I was fortunate enough to have stumbled upon an Arty bar in Old Street, Central London, UK. I don’t recall the name of the bar, but it was about 300 yards from Old Street tube station.

I also didn’t carry a camera with me, and my mobile was dead at the time. Maybe i should have bought this Emergency Mobile Charger Torch. The bar had a unique feel to it, the deco is mostly with old PC monitors arranged in a variety of ways (upside down, sideway, one on top of each other) and all the men had beards.

Fortunately for me, there was a showing of “Gentlemen Smoking Pipes” whilst i was there and i was also lucky enough to have spoken to one of the creators.

These gentlemen meet bi-monthly to discuss the issues of the day over a civilized pipe. Mainly the menace of today’s youth. And what action needs to be taken about it.
