Toshiba have finally introduced their brand new luxury handset the Cosmic Shiner, FanFun 815T model with diamonds. This very limited edition model, with only 1,000 available, is to be offered for $4,000 via an invitation only scheme.

The handset features custom design by Kansai Yamamoto along with a personalized handmade lacquer box, buyers will also be entitled to a new “Prestige Gold” membership service.

To purchase this luxury handset, apparently buyers would need to buy the April issue of Seven Hills magazine to get the required unique ID codes. The Kyoto concierge membership service - first year trial is included - will offer various agency arrangements such as hotel and restaurant bookings along with further special privileges to be detailed in early April.

This is more than what my mobile can do, but then again mine only cost £199.
