Dumb teen arrested for posting naked photos of ex on MySpace
Alex Phillips,17, from Wisconsin was arrested on felony charges of child pornography for allegedly posting two naked photos of his ex-girlfriend, who is only 16 year old on his Myspace account. On top of the child pornography charges, he also faces charges of defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.
The two photos were taken by the girl using a mobile phone.
Dumb!
When the police contacted him about removing the photos, and after having been warned that he could face jail for publishing images of an underage girl. Phillips refused to take them down, adding “Fuck that, I am keeping them up.”
Dumber!
Apparently, Phillips only posted the nekkid photos last week “because he was venting.”
Along with posting the photos, Phillips added captions below the photos, “Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!”
Claiming that he wasn’t out to harm the girl..Oh Really! Your parents must be proud of you…
