Dede Koswara, 37, from Indonesia dubbed the ‘Tree Man of Java’ because he looks like a tree, finally had two kilos of bark-like growths removed from his hands and feet. Dede’s weird tree like growth was caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and a rare immune system deficiency he suffered from, that prevents his body from fighting HPV, resulting in massive growths of bark-like warts according to US dermatology expert Dr Anthony Gaspari last year.

US Physicist John A. Wheeler, who popularized mind-stretching ideas about black holes has died of pneumonia on Sunday at his home in Hightstown, New Jersey. According to his daughter, Alison Wheeler Lahnston, he suffered poor health for the last week. John was 96 year old.

According to research carried out by the Max Planck Institute people made decisions by up to ten seconds before they carried them out.

In tests, researchers asked each volunteer to view a screen and decide which of two buttons to press and when to press it, while a brain scan called functional magnetic resonance imaging track their thoughts.
