John Dawkins, 89, and his bride Penny Cooper, 90, have become Britain oldest newlyweds with a combined age of 179.

The couple met nine years ago were married at Honiton Register Office on Tuesday Nov 25 and have their reception at Cranford Nursing Home, where Penny stays.

Japanese man lives in Mexican airport for three months

Japanese citizen Hiroshi Nohara flew to Terminal 1 of the Benito Juarez International Airport, Mexico City in September 2008 with a return ticket, and has stayed in the airport ever since. He survives on handouts from fast-food restaurants and passengers. He is said to be foul-smelling and he’s somewhat a celebrity with nearly daily television news reports on his life at the food court.

Fake-piss-dispenser inventors found guilty

The makers of the Whizzinator, a fake penis that dispenses fake, drug free piss to help men cheat on drug tests have been convicted of two charges of conspiracy in a US federal court. They’ll be sentenced in February.

They could face up to eight years in prison and a $500,000 (£334,000) fine.

British teen gives birth to Siamese twins

18 year old, Laura Williams, from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, has made history by becoming the youngest British woman to give birth to conjoined twins.

She gave birth to girls Faith and Hope this morning by Caesarean section with her husband, Aled, 28, by her side.
