Buffalo think they’ve have solved the speed problem with the release of the Turbo USB Hard Drive. They claim that the speed in turbo charged mode is around 64% faster than a standard 4200-rpm drive, under normal mode, the hard drive operates at around 34.7 MB/s, which is fairly fast compare to most USB drives.
