It took a 15 pound cocker spaniel mix poodle to scare away a mother bear and her three cubs. The family let their dog out in the yard and he started to bark. The couples two younger children went outside to see what the commotion was about and came running to their parents telling them the story.

Apparently Pawlee (the dogs name) scared the two cubs up a tree who eventually climbed down and climbed over the fence along with their mom.

The moral of the story is, small things can do big things, but you already knew that right?
